Data Deletion

How to remove the data Oneplace receives from the accounts you connect — Google, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Stripe and your bank — and how to delete your Oneplace account.

Last updated: October 5, 2026

1Disconnect an account in Oneplace

Sign in, open Integrations, find the account and choose Disconnect. Oneplace deletes the stored access token straight away and detaches the account from every company it was attached to.

  • Google and YouTube, and Facebook — Oneplace also asks the provider to revoke its access.
  • LinkedIn — the token is deleted; LinkedIn does not offer apps a way to revoke it, so remove Oneplace in LinkedIn as well (below).
  • Stripe — the key you added is deleted from Oneplace; delete or roll the key itself in your Stripe Dashboard.
  • Bank accounts — the connection is deleted and removed at Plaid, the service Oneplace uses to connect banks.

Oneplace does not store the reports these accounts provide — it fetches them each time you open one — so once the token is gone, nothing from that account remains.

2Remove Oneplace from the provider

  • Google and YouTube — go to security.google.com/settings/security/permissions, choose Oneplace and select Remove access.
  • Facebook — in Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites (or Business integrations), choose Oneplace and select Remove.
  • LinkedIn — in LinkedIn, open Settings → Data privacy → Other applications → Permitted services and remove Oneplace.
  • Stripe — in the Stripe Dashboard, open Developers → API keys and delete the restricted key you created for Oneplace.

3Delete your Oneplace account and data

Email privacy@oneplace.io from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We confirm the request, delete your account and the data in it within 30 days, and tell you when it is done.

We keep only records the law requires us to — for example billing records — and only for as long as it requires.
