1Acceptance of terms
By creating a workspace, signing in, or otherwise using Oneplace, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2Description of the service
Oneplace is a hosted console that brings five capabilities into one workspace:
- Social — analytics for your own channels and website, plus competitive intelligence across 27 scored dimensions for the companies you choose to track.
- Newsletter & Blog — AI-assisted drafting, scheduling, and multi-destination publishing.
- Presentation — conversion of source PDFs into published, responsive HTML reports.
- Research — prompts run across multiple third-party language models, merged into a single cited report.
- Programs — operational dashboards for tenant programs.
3Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your credentials. Workspace owners control who has access and at what role. Where SSO enforcement is enabled, access is governed by your identity provider.
4Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to violate any law, or any third-party platform’s terms or rate limits.
- Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes someone else’s rights.
- Attempt to access data belonging to another workspace, or probe, scan, or test the security of the service without written permission.
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without an agreement in place.
5Third-party integrations
Connecting a third-party service is optional and subject to that provider’s own terms. We are not responsible for changes those providers make to their APIs, rate limits, or data availability, and features that depend on them may change or stop working as a result.
Oneplace’s YouTube features use YouTube API Services. By using them, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s handling of YouTube data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
6Generated content
Oneplace generates drafts, research reports and converted documents from sources it retrieves and from the brand voice you configure. You own the content you publish, and you are responsible for reviewing it before it goes live.
Review mode is on by default for exactly this reason. If you enable full-auto publishing, you accept responsibility for content published without human review.
7Intellectual property
The service, its interface, and its underlying software remain the property of HubTech Ltd. Your data remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service.
8Availability and changes
We target 99.9% monthly availability, excluding scheduled maintenance announced at least 48 hours in advance. We may add, change, or remove features; where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will give 30 days’ notice.
9Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle you select and are non-refundable except where required by law. Usage above plan limits is billed at the published overage rate. We will give 30 days’ notice before any price increase takes effect on your workspace.
10Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is”. Analytics, scores, and generated content are estimates and should not be treated as professional, financial, or legal advice. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HubTech Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period.
12Termination
You may cancel at any time from Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination you may export your data for 30 days.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
